Ralph Sulser, Creative Director, The Creative Group

Daniel nailed it, right out of the gate. His delivery was exactly what we were looking for, and the clients loved him (which always makes us extra happy). But it wasn’t just his stellar voice we loved. We were thrilled with his professionalism and quick turnaround. He even researched pronunciation on some of the more complicated names. I’m looking forward to working with Daniel for many years to come!

About

A CEO told Daniel Caouette he should be in voiceover once.

He was on a call he wasn’t supposed to be on. His team had just been laid off the day before. He had files burning a hole through his desk. And on the surface — cool as a cucumber, happy to be there, totally fine.

The CEO wraps up and says, “I’m sorry, but between your voice and your setup, you just seem like you should be in voiceover.”

Daniel’s first thought was unprintable. His second thought was: why would this guy do anything about it? Why would anyone?

Nobody’s going to tap you on the shoulder in the grocery store line and hand you permission to do the thing you actually want to do. That’s not how it works. So in that moment, Daniel gave himself permission instead.

That night he told his fiancée he was thinking about getting a voiceover coach. She said: “If you’re going to do this, you need to commit. You can’t just fiddle around.”

He doesn’t thank her enough for that.

Here’s what he didn’t tell the CEO: he’d tried this once before.

  1. Different job, same misery. He dug out a microphone from his college video days, started recording for amateur machinima projects, and booked fast. Told someone he knew at the time he wanted to pursue it.

Their response: “That’s really (something) stupid.”

So he didn’t. And it took him almost ten years to try again.

What finally did it was enough existential nights waking up in a cold panic, convinced he was going to die without ever actually living. He decided he was going to be happy, and no one would stand in his way. Including himself.

That’s who you’re booking.

Someone who spent years in corporate jobs making sure salespeople didn’t violate the same five federal guidelines twelve times a day — with a smile on his face and chaos in his chest. Someone who talked himself out of it, built a life around 9 to 5, and came back to VO anyway.

In 2026 alone: lead roles, main cast, five game titles.

Over time, commercials for Old Spice, Garmin, Polestar, and more. Gained the ability to work on Union and Non-Union work.

A home studio at -71dB isolation with Neumanns, Sennheisers and Source Connect 4.

Commercially, Daniel is your wry everyman — the wink, the conversational humor, the best friend who’s in on the joke. In games and animation, he pushes the envelope, digging deep to understand your characters and become what the story needs him to be.

The voice is the easy part. What you’re actually getting is someone who’s been waiting his whole life to do exactly this — and has absolutely no interest in wasting the opportunity.
